Farrés Brothers i Cia with Coldplay – The Weirdos at Barcelona’s Olympic Stadium
In May 2023, Farrés Brothers i Cia had the privilege of participating in Coldplay’s concerts at Montjuïc Olympic Stadium, as part of a large-scale musical and visual show that brought together over 200,000 spectators across four nights in Barcelona.
Our role was the live puppeteering of The Weirdos —a band of quirky and charismatic musicians who appear in several live songs, bringing a touch of humour, tenderness, and fantasy to the show. With our background in visual theatre and figure manipulation, we brought these special characters to life, seamlessly integrating into the vibrant and emotional universe of the British band.
